Gift Certificates - Terms and Conditions

Shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. A $3.50 service charge will be added to all orders of $100 or more. Three-day priority processing is available for a charge of $8.00.

All Ramada Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. Ramada Gift Certificates are good for lodging purchases only at Ramada hotels within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Certificates are subject to availability. Once issued, Ramada Gift Certificates cannot be returned for a refund.

Ramada will not be responsible and will not replace lost, stolen or mutilated certificates. Only original Ramada Gift Certificates will be accepted at Ramada hotels. No photocopies will be accepted.
